If you do not have an online account with us, you can submit an exact reorder only using the second option

Enter your order number and billing zipcode or your transit routing number and bank account number to look up an item to place an exact reorder.

NOTE: The exact reorder option allows for only a change of quantity. You will be allowed to add other items to My Shopping Cart by clicking Continue Shopping.

Why can't I place a reorder with changes over the internet? Exact reorders placed online do not allow for any changes to your previous order, i.e., shipping address, billing address, bank account or imprint information. If changes were allowed, your account could be fraudulently duplicated with different information and shipped to a new address at your expense.

To reorder with changes please download and fill out our reorder form then fax, mail or email it back to us. Contact information is included on the form. If you require any assistance please contact customer service at 800.245.5775.
